Brenda and Casey joined me for the first "Box Lunch" workout. Nice job you guys. Casey has thrown down the gauntlet on the rower posting a 3:20 after the heavy lifting. That's a 1:40/ 500 meter pace. Who's gonna take him?

Sorry Riperube 50 HSPU's 50 Pull-Ups 200 dbl unders (not for time) I'm taking off Wednesday for some more slow healing (it's been 6 days since those 100 squats) I'm back at it on Thursday - NO SQUATS for me Mike Alley
