I have always hoped that my children would grow to have an impact on others. I got on to read this and had to remind myself that I had already dropped Rebecca at school. You know, Miss Positive. Will be getting there in time to witness the aftermath of group 1. Will even bring Rebecca for an after workout pep talk.
Ok. Everyone knows how Rebecca "hates" every WOD. She has rubbed off!!! Seems like especially Lee who now has 5998 blogs to write. Maybe it might be easier just to do the workout as severe carpal tunnel will most likely set in about 1000 blogs in.
Still confused. But, hey I'm a little slow. Everybody up to date on their waivers? Favorite quote from today's comments on the main page, "... I've got rhabdo in both eyes from reading the legal documents". Just a reminder to you guys: CrossFit workouts are hard. They'll make you sweat, and breathe heavy, and possibly cause so much muscle trauma that you get sick. Did y'all know that? Just trying to be upfront. DBL, how you feeling?
Mike, thanks or asking (I'm looking for a doctor - not a lawyer...) I'm feeling like I want to give my all for each Crossfit WoD, like my strong Get Built brothers and sisters. I also want to hear Becca's pep talk on how to be POSITIVE and AWESOME! Unfortunately, for me, those two things are equally likely to occur in the next few hours Brenda - may be time to get a bigger button to wear around the house. As as side note, many of the pictures of girls soccer that appear in the local paper, including a couple of my stepdaughter, show those soccer girls pushing, shoving, fighting each other for the ball - COME ON BECCA - TOUGHEN UP - 3-2-1 GO! (Unless of course you are a whiney sissy like me!)
My interpretation is that soccer players, more specifically goalkeepers, are the most skilled, competitive, athletic, and dangerous people on the planet.
I feel like I am reading a foreign language. What are you guys talking about? Maybe you already did the workout and it is heat exhaustion or maybe its just that I have been with first graders all day! ANYWAY, I HATE TO RUN!!!!
I KNEW you were part Comanche! The truth finally comes out. Who's gonna make like Usain Bolt on this WOD today? Daniel took this WOD last time. Is Poole coming today? Yann claims to going for sub 10 today. Brenda, what time are you showing up? We may be at the park when you get there....
Mike - I'll 'splain: #1 Dr vs Lawyer (thread is lawsuit from today's Mainpage) #2 Want to work out as Rx'd - but still tender - frustration #3 Becca Pep-talk (Yann's comment) see: Sarcasm #4 Brenda's "No Whining" Pin seemingly applies to Becca's attitude #5 High School Soccer girls that are skilled & tough go to college on SCHOLARSHIP (Read as: No work study/No student loans/No cash from Mom's bank account) Effort/Practice/Skill = Scholarship vs Whining = Student Loans Been there - Done That...both sides: scholarship MUCH better #6 No need to explain whiney sissy - you guys have heard this now for almost 6 weeks...from me #7 Yann's not the greatest speller: crouNching, saY - but I hear he is a mathematical genius! #8 Berube - you're close - Roller Derby girls that crossfit are toughest! I think that covers most of it - if not, it's the Ibuprofin and Fish Oil clouding my thoughts... I'm out...

Oh, oh, oh, I get it! Brenda is saying that you guys are whining like teenage girls. Roger that! Good one Brenda!
WHEW!!!
I would throw a Rip quote on the all-cracker jack wrestler from the main page, but I think you all know what it would say.

should read "Thanks FOR asking"
Where is that spellcheck button?
I'm not asking Yann about spellcheck - I KNOW he has no idea!

I believe dbl is saying that chinese/cambodian/spanish/irish/scotch/camanche/mexicans can't spell. Sheeet! Beeeaach! me spell pretty one day.

Angie we did this workout on July 15. Seems everyone is pretty stoked about doing it again.
Mike - I'll 'splain:
#1 Dr vs Lawyer (thread is lawsuit from today's Mainpage)
#2 Want to work out as Rx'd - but still tender - frustration
#3 Becca Pep-talk (Yann's comment) see: Sarcasm
#4 Brenda's "No Whining" Pin seemingly applies to Becca's attitude
#5 High School Soccer girls that are skilled & tough go to college on SCHOLARSHIP
(Read as: No work study/No student loans/No cash from Mom's bank account)
Effort/Practice/Skill = Scholarship vs Whining = Student Loans
Been there - Done That...both sides: scholarship MUCH better
#6 No need to explain whiney sissy - you guys have heard this now for almost 6 weeks...from me
#7 Yann's not the greatest speller: crouNching, saY - but I hear he is a mathematical genius!
#8 Berube - you're close - Roller Derby girls that crossfit are toughest!
