Every minute, on the minute, do 5 ring dips. Use the balance of the minute to complete as many wall balls shots as possible. Repeat until you have completed 100 reps on the wall ball. l

Wonder what would suck more? using this format...5 burpees, remainder 95# thrusters to 100, or 5 chest to bar pullups, remainder 75# oh squats to 100? OR.. 5 - 95# thrusters, burpees to 100? what's the W0D from h.e.l.l.?
