Dave Yann style = dbl Unders in place of Squats (plus I did do the last 6 rounds including the 15 squats with Nathan = almost Murph and 1/2 for me) Finished in 47:54 (The dbl unders made a BIG difference - I missed the encouragement from Katrina for that 2nd mile)
Mike, I knew I could do the 20 rds of 15 dbl unders based on your recent Saturday AMRAP WOD with the 15 KB swings/Pushups and dbl Unders) Thanks for the confidence!
On a related note, read "Lone Survivor" over my vacation - Great story, if you haven't read it yet - it's definitely worth the time - new respect for the Seals and Special Forces - these guys are the best of the best.
