Murphed - Dave Yann Style - on Sunday with my 14 yr old Nephew (who finished in 58 minutes) and Will and Nathan (who both took a little bit longer)
Dave Yann style = dbl Unders in place of Squats (plus I did do the last 6 rounds including the 15 squats with Nathan = almost Murph and 1/2 for me) Finished in 47:54 (The dbl unders made a BIG difference - I missed the encouragement from Katrina for that 2nd mile)
Mike, I knew I could do the 20 rds of 15 dbl unders based on your recent Saturday AMRAP WOD with the 15 KB swings/Pushups and dbl Unders) Thanks for the confidence!
On a related note, read "Lone Survivor" over my vacation - Great story, if you haven't read it yet - it's definitely worth the time - new respect for the Seals and Special Forces - these guys are the best of the best.

6 rounds in 10:55 with 275. Had to do bar dips at the Sports Barn so my RDL-esque deadlifts were the only limiting factor. Last minute scratched due to a combination of weak motivation/performance and the Sports Barn crew wanting me to be quiet. At the Box, at least 8 rounds is very doable. Berube/Cole can do 12 (at least).

Save me a L shirt. I'll be in for lunch manana.

6 full rounds plus round 7 deadlifts and 4 dips. All @225lbs. Geez that fried my arms quit working about halfway through. Nice WOD to break the holiday rest!

6 rounds + 2 deadlifts @185. Bar dips for round 1, the rest i had to go to bench dips. i was surprised that the arms were the limiting factor on this one.

DBL, so timely that you mention Lone Survivor. Lee loaned it to me recently and I literally started on it today. We miss you and hope you are able to make it to a Saturday sometime soon. Bring your boys Nathan and Will too, and hell Bob and Buford for that matter.

Where the hell is Berube? I thought the extended vacation was a bit too European for his tastes...
