Bench Strip Set [1 set] (load bench w/kb attached w/ bands and 3 plates/side- perform each set to just shy of failure and then peel a layer of weight. Continue stripping weight until the you perform the final set w/ the barbell. Ask your trainers for help if you need)
KB Pullovers/ Skull Crusher Super Set [1 set] 20 reps pullover, skull crushers to failure
KB Rows 3 sets 15 Reps
Ring Flyes 3x5
Barbell Reverse Curls 3x10
Close Grip Pushups 3x15
