J/k. Sort of, but not really. I know I should focus more on diet. My own version of paleo excludes processed foods, and includes grains and dairy in moderation, while focusing in mainly on getting more protein, vegies, and dark chocolate in my diet.
In all seriousness, my hat's off to those of you who can sustain any kind of disciplined eating program long term. Between trying to make sure my string bean, picky children get enough of anything healthy and working full time, I do the best I can.

Any ideas on what the average height and weight of a Caveman and Cavewoman would have been? All I know is that when the Caveman clubbed his woman and dragged her home it was always by the hair as if he dragged her by the feet then she would have fill up!
