Toes to Bar

Double Unders

3 rounds no rest between rounds (mathletics= 12 min. WOD)

So, the armless WOD modification:
Air squats (with a vest on)
Box jumps (it'll be a shorter box, at least to start)
On my back leg raises
Broad jump (or walking lunges)
-1 minute each, 3 rounds, with no break

Does that sound ok?
