Buy In:Tabata downdog progression. 10 reps toes to bar, ghd sit-ups, supermans. Mobilize. Prepare for the workout with progressive loading.

EMOM for 10 minutes 2 reps Front Squat@75-85%. Straight sets.

then

500 Double unders for time OR 15 minute Double under AMRAP if you aren't an advanced double underer.
