Previous Sports/Fitness Experience: In the past, I have played organized team sports including football, baseball, tennis. I used to also enjoy cycling rallies/races. I still play golf when possible.
What initially drew you to CrossFit? A friend raved about the program and encouraged me to try it with him. I realized I had become too sedentary with fatherhood and work, so I was ready to get physically fit again.
What do we provide that you value the most? You customize a program that caters to my individual physical fitness needs. The Workout of the Day (WOD) is a physical and mental challenge but is offered in a group environment which encourages maximum effort. I continue to build strength, muscle, and aerobic stamina. You truly challenge me with every WOD.
What has been the result of working with us so far? I have been amazed at my development of muscle strength over the last six months. I never thought I could deadlift 320 pounds or do countless push ups. I like the variety of exercises and weight training. I am really pleased with my weight loss and increase in muscle. I would absolutely recommend the Get Built program.Whether you have been highly sedentary or you are physically active, this is an outstanding program that will yield impressive personal results.
