We offer a free week-long trial to see if our gym is right for you.  To start your free trial, simply look at our schedule here, and email us at getbuilt.crossfit@gmail.com to tell us when you are going to show up. No further action is needed...just get in the gym and be ready to work!

The 2017 CrossFit Open

Details for the 2017 Open:

  • When can I do the workout?
    • This year, we are using tournament style seeding to determine our heats, the way they do it at regionals and the Games.
    • For week 1, we will use last year's top 20 to seed numbers 1-20, and the rest of the field will be seeded alphabetically by first name.
    • All WODs will be completed Saturday at the assigned time, based on your seeding.
    • Trading spots with another athlete to accomodate your schedule IS OK. We encourage you to do this on your own if needed.
  • What is the makeup policy?
    • If you cannot find someone to trade with, or if you are out of town on Saturday, make up times will be Sunday BY APPOINTMENT. Text or call or facebook message or instagram a trainer and ask if they can judge you.
    • Monday makeups are possible but STRONGLY discouraged (we still have normal wods on Monday, and judging during them is disruptive).
    • If you want to REDO the Open WOD and get judged, it'll cost you a donation to charity.
  • What about people that aren't competing in the open?
    • We encourage non-Open participants to come and watch/encourage our athletes. Please no heckling--it's not really the time for that.
  • Can I scale?
    • ABSOLUTELY! There is a scaled division in the open.
