Short term fitness goal: Loose weight, improve body composition.
Long term fitnes goal: Increase muscle mass, aerobic capacity and endurance.
Previous Sports/Fitness Experience: Road biking, wasting time and money on slick gyms with lots of shiny machines and distracted personal trainers.
What initially drew you to CrossFit?: My wife talked me into it.
What do we provide that you value the most?: A very motivating environment, excellent feedback and nice people who are there for the right reasons.
What has been the result of working with us so far?: I have lost somewhere around 40 lbs, and now weight is increasing with muscle. I can climb on my bike all day long. I spend a bit too much time in front of the mirror when no one is watching. I will also probably live a lot longer.
What would you tell others who are considering joining Get Built?: No time like the present. If you are serious about any fitness goal whatsoever you can’t possibly be disappointed.
